The Foundation is managed by a voluntary board of directors, which helps ensure that the executive team’s work is focused on achieving the Foundation's mission and vision.
Justin Greig
PRESIDENT
Justin grew up in South Africa and has spent most of his professional career living in the UK. He has a law degree and has worked extensively in the banking sector.
Paul Hotham
DIREcTOR
With over 30 years of experience in biodiversity conservation, Paul is the Regional Director of Fauna & Flora International's Eurasia program.
Charles Whitbread
DIREcTOR
Involved in regenerative agriculture and conservation in the UK. His family have a long-standing interest in nature conservation and his great grandfather was a founding member of Fauna & Flora International.
Finance Committee
The finance committee is a voluntary body that oversees the Foundation’s financial and administrative actions.

In addition to his experience in conservation projects, Manuel also has an extensive experience in management, both administrative and financial. He has worked in this field for over 20 years.
silvino palmer
Auditor
Born on Príncipe Island, Silvino has worked most of his life in Canada. He has a degree in Economics and more than 10 years' experience in capital markets technology, as well as an extensive background in quantitative and qualitative economic analysis and financial calculation.
Temóteo Neves
Auditor
With a degree in Economics and Commercial Sciences and a Masters in Governance and Development, Temóteo has held the position of Príncipe Regional Planning Director since 2019. He also teaches economics and mathematics at the Padrão Secondary School.
